Hello Friends,
In the midst of our current National Emergency concerning the COVID-19 virus, we would like to assure you that at Spring Valley Dental Group, your health, safety and well-being is our highest priority.
While we believe maintaining oral health is key to our overall health, we have made the difficult decision to follow the Illinois State Dental Society’s recommendation to reschedule all non-essential appointments until April 30th. We believe this closure will allow us to more effectively evaluate this dynamic situation and support the CDC’s guidance of social separation. It is critical to do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19 and keep our community safe.
Our team has begun reaching out to patients with appointments scheduled during this closure time to reschedule. Please know this is not a decision we take lightly. We will be available to all of our patients should you encounter a dental emergency.
Do take note that our office hours have been adjusted to Monday - Friday 8am - 12pm. Please call or text our office as you normally would and a member of our team will be available to assist you when they are able.
We are counting on you to help us get through this as well. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, or if you, or someone you have been in contact with, have traveled out of the country in the last 21 days, please call our office at 618-632-8471 to discuss changing your appointment to give yourself a 30-day good health window.
We know this is a stressful time for everyone and appreciate your understanding as we all navigate this very unusual situation together.
